Following the National Final of the Australian Space Design Competition, Nathan Khoury, Thomas Reid and four students from Catherine McAuley were invited to join Mr Chris Hersey and his team from Patrician Brothers Blacktown to tour America, and take part in the International Space Settlement Design Competition. In a rapid week, our boys will experience Time Square in New York, the Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC and Universal Studios in Florida, before the ISSDC competition begins at the Kennedy Space Centre.
Catholic Schools in Western Sydney are gearing up for an out of this world adventure as they head overseas these school holidays to compete in a space design competition at NASA Headquarters in the United States, forming the largest Australian contingent. Read more...

On Wednesday 26th June, Year 11 Construction students visited the Abergeldie Construction site at the Schofields Pump Station. The program was thoroughly prepared by the General Manager of Abergeldie, Janelle Owens.
There have been some wonderful, exciting learning experiences happening in our English classrooms this term where students have continued to develop their critical and creative thinking skills as well as extend their literacy skills.

On Monday 3 June, our young men became teachers of Year 5 and 6 students from Mother Teresa and Sacred Heart Primary Schools. This day was the final event of their “Level Up” project, which was to create a game that teaches Year 5&6 students about geometry.
