During Week 7, we celebrated the progress Australian schools are making in raising the literacy levels of all students. The Lion's Club annual public speaking competition was held last night on the 15th of August at TARA Anglican school. Parramatta Marist had two participants from year 8, Luke Wickham and Jonathan Nemeh. Each participant had to prepare a speech before the event and had to give an impromptu speech on the night. We would like to congratulate Luke, who won the competition last night!

Parramatta Marist Athletics Carnival 2019
What a day! The year 7A & B Soccer teams had the opportunity to play in a gala day held by the Western Sydney Wanderers at Blacktown Football Park. It was a great day with many schools attending. The teams played different schools in a round robin format against both yr 7 and yr 8 teams.
