How to Enrol

Selecting Parramatta Marist will give your child the best opportunity to develop academically, spiritually and socially, and in partnership with Catholic education.


Specifically, joining this community means parents/carers and students are committed to:

  • the development of quality relationships with all members of the school community
  • the Catholic identity and evangelising mission of the school within the Church
  • supporting the school in upholding school policies and procedures
  • involvement by parents and caregivers, where possible, in the life of the school.

Enrolment Process


Step 1:


Before completing the Enrolment Application, read the Enrolment Instructions and Checklist to ensure that you have all the required supporting documents. Please supply photocopies of all supporting documents.

Step 2:


All applications require the following forms to be completed:

Enrolment applications are to be submitted in hard copy in person at the school reception between the hours of 9am-2pm from 1st February 2023 until 31st March 2023. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee payable at the time of enrolment. We are also unable to accept cash, application fee payments need to be made by card.

We cannot accept or process incomplete applications, and submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement at Parramatta Marist High School.

Step 3:


We will advise the outcome of your application in writing.

If you receive a Letter of Offer, please return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the $300 non-refundable deposit by the requested date to secure your position. This deposit will contribute to your school fees.

Important Notice

 

Parents of students with additional needs are encouraged to begin the enrolment process in advance of the normal enrolment period to allow for assessment of the support and adjustments required. Initial contact should be made with the Principal.

Parents are asked to provide copies of assessments or reports concerning learning needs.

It may be suggested that further assessments be undertaken by the school leadership team, or by staff from the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.

The enrolment process involves consultation and clarification of student needs. Available support and resources are investigated with parents, school personnel and Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.
