In late February, Catholic Youth Parramatta (CYP) hosted their regular LIFTED sessions online, featuring music, prayer, reflection and action for primary school students, Year 12 leaders, young adults and Faith in Action Team (FIAT) teachers across the Diocese of Parramatta. Each year the school participates in the Vinnies Christmas Appeal to raise much needed food and supplies for those struggling in our community. This year, The St Vincent de Paul Christmas appeal saw the students collect an overwhelming amount of food for the most vulnerable within our community. The generosity of the students during this difficult time, including some of our own families, was phenomenal.
