Year 8 learned about the adaptations of animals and compared lifestyles in natural habitats to those in captivity.
The boys were tasked with creating an enrichment device for an animal at The Sydney Zoo, and the top 20 students were chosen to present their designs and devices to the zookeepers at Sydney Zoo.
After each presentation, students then received feedback from the zookeepers, as well as valuable insights on what type of enrichment their animals were receiving.
It was a fantastic day for the students and we thank Sydney Zoo for their feedback and hospitality.
